Experienced, self-motivated Commercial Loan Underwriter needed for Business Development Corporation. Individual must possess significant experience and skill in marketing, financial statement analysis, commercial underwriting, loan committee presentation, authorization preparation, and packaging for 504 and 7A lending. Applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess proficient computer skills. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in business underwriting and commercial lending. This position offers a compensation package including excellent benefits.
