Required Qualifications-

Commercial Business Banking Underwriting/Commercial Real Estate UnderwritingAbility to analyze financial positions against minimum loan criteria.Assess business to debt to income ratio, credit history, repayment history, net worth and liquidity.Ability to present alternative financial analysis when appropriate.Review for compliance with FIRREA, USPAPComplete Loan Underwriting and Final Loan Summary.
