This Direct Hire opportunity offers a full-time salaried position.
Under the direction of the Major Loan Processing/Funding Administrator this position is responsible for loan processing and preparing loan documents for the funding of Commercial, Construction and Industrial Loans.
Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining loan files, reviewing customer?s initial package and requesting additional documentation, completing the loan processing and documentation process, maintaining a working knowledge of all laws & regulations. Submit loan packages to Loan Officers for approval.
Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate will offer:3 years experience in a Commercial / Major Loan Processing/Funding environmentThrough understanding of Commercial, Construction, Industrial loan documentation and fundingStrong PC skills
The Salary Range for this position is $35,000 - $44,000.
