Commercial Real Estate Admin

As a Commercial Real Estate Admin with U.S. Bank, you will: Work with Borrowers and Contractors in establishing an understanding of the fund control process for disbursing during the construction period Work with cost review company regarding the plans and specifications, construction cost breakdown and contract Work with area title companies in regards to conditions needed to close the construction loan and fund during the construction period. While we expect that you?ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require: Associates degree and 4 to 6 years experience in commercial real estate loan administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience Advanced level of knowledge in all areas of commercial construction lending. Strong technical expertise in the closing the administration of complex commercial loan portfolio Ability to operate a personal computer, calculator, copy machine and fax machine. Familiarity with special terminology such as title, construction contracts, lien laws, stop notices and notices of completion.
