We are currently seeking an Associate Lender to join our Commercial Real Estate team in our San Francisco office.

 

The successful candidate will analyze real estate credits and develop recommendations under the guidance of a senior coverage officer, and monitor a portfolio of real estate credits. Specific tasks include the following:

? Prepare financial models for different types of real estate credits, including project-secured debt and unsecured corporate debt. 
? Prepare written recommendations to the bank?s credit committee, as well as annual reviews of clients and credits.
? Review covenant compliance statements and interim financial statements for portfolio monitoring purposes.
? Assist in client calling preparation, including development of client presentations

 

The successful candidate must be well organized and possess strong quantitative and writing skills.  A strong interest in real estate and the ability to interact with clients is required.  Minimum qualifications include the following:

1. Successful completion of a credit training program, or willingness to participate in La Salle Bank?s credit training program in Chicago.

2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

3.  Willingness to travel (approx. 10% - 20%)
