Primary Characteristics:
Responsible for origination of commercial real estate loans and deposits through business development efforts. Manages commercial real estate relationships.




Essential Functions:
?Develop and maintain a commercial real estate customer portfolio
?Underwrite commercial real estate loans within bank?s loan polices and procedures
?Sell and refer other bank products and services




Minimum Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
?Strong oral and written communication skills
?Credit analysis and underwriting experience, including financial accounting theory, loan structuring of commercial real estate loans
?Must have understanding of the different types of financial statements
?Business development, and customer service skills
?Working knowledge of PCs and PC software (excel, word)
?Ability to analyze loan requests to determine credibility and probability of funding
?Ability to make recommendations to senior management concerning loan requests, and
to work with credit underwriters to structure a loan to gain approval
?Ability to retain and increase the customer relationship



Training and Experience:
?Must have training and experience in originating and underwriting commercial real estate loans
?Minimum of 5 years in commercial lending
?College degree required
