Our client, a regional commercial bank is looking for a Commercial Real Lender and Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager for the Washington DC. metro region.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years of commercial real estate lending experience. Experience in structuring of construction and commercial real estate loans is required. The candidate must have formal commercial credit training from a bank.

The bank is also willing to consider experienced real estate underwriter/portfolio managers with a desire to move into a lending role in the future.
