Descriptions:

Identify, prioritize and execute activities required to achieve outstanding CRArating in all three components of the CRA examination. Maintain strong base of influential relationships with external leaders, non-profit and for-profit organizations, financial institution competitors and Citibank and Citigroup businesses within the region. Develop and execute a plan for establishing Citibank as a leader in the local community through innovative partnerships with non-profit partners and sponsorship pf special events that respond to local needs. Serve as link/adviser to the business on its community lending goals/responsibilities. Administer local grant and sponsorship budgets to support leadership plans. Implement national initiatives in local marketplace. Coordinate cross-functional community team (CRA, SBA, Community lending, CCDE) that meets on regular basis to leverage nonprofit relationships and achieve CRA lending and leadership goals. Track marketplace community activity and provide documentation of results for CRA compliance and public relations purposes. Work with Financial Centers, marketing and lending units to identify opportunities and special strategies for serving LMI populations and achieving CRA goals. Manage local relationships with community advocates and local government officials in conjunction with National CRA Director, State and Local Government Relations and other corporate staff as needed. Participate in the CRA analusis and due diligence related to potential acquisitions within region. Support and work with other Citigroup CRA-regulated entities within region. Participate in/support State Leadership Council as applicable. Serve on the Board of a community development or education nonprofit organization and actively encourage similar volunteerism by local employees.



Requirements:

Strong Communication skills (written and verbal). Strong project development and implementation skills. Ability to gain consensus among various levels of staff regardless of reporting relationships. Ability to understand special community credit needs. Strong analytical skills. Thorough understanding of the Community Reinvestment Act and Fair Lending Laws. Ability to construct and implement policy recommendations. Excellent organization skills. College Degree (B.A. or B.S.) 5 to 10 years of experience in banking, housing development and/or non-profit organizations. Demonstrated experience/interest in community development via work volunteer activities. Experience in achieving goals and managing/coordinating resources on a regional basis. Credit training highly recommended.
