Compliance Specialist II - 13023

The Compliance Specialist II will identify and report Suspicious Activity as required by Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering legislation. Analyze and investigate suspected money laundering activity and ensure the accurate filing of government Suspicious Activity Reports to comply with the regulation requirement.
? Identify and report suspicious activity.
? Responsible for the analysis of suspicious activity reports generated by the bank?s trust accounting system.
? Responsible for the analysis of client information obtained from reports prepared from trust accounting system data.
? Performing a thorough research of suspicious activity to determine when additional action needs to be taken.
? Achieve AML Office objectives through the timely filing of Suspicious Activity Reports
? Comply with the Harris Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Program and SAMU Process and Procedures Manual

 

Knowledge & Skills:

 

? One year AML/BSA or related Compliance experience preferred
? Bachelors Degree or equivalent work related experience required
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
