Construction Loan Coordinator

This position is responsible for supporting the Loan Officers and Underwriters in the construction division by preparing new loan cover sheets, setting up the loan files and ensuring that the workflow between the lenders and loan documentation department results in efficient and timely loan bookings. Ensures that own work is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.

 



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

 

Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.  At least two years of loan operations and/or proven experience with construction loan operations and customer service experience necessary. Working knowledge of bank perations. Must be proactive and motivated with a high customer service orientation and a solutions-oriented approach.  Must have ability to apply concepts to work environment applications.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.  Must be highly organized with strong ability to multi-task.  Ability to work independently, make educated and informed decisions and follow through on projects to successful completion.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Product: Excel, Word, Power Point and Access.
