Job Purpose:

Candidate will be responsible for the tracking and payment of Flood insurance items, monitoring the protection of bank collateral, routine correspondence with customers, vendors, federal agencies, as well as other Harris Bank employees to verify the accuracy of information and/or resolve discrepancies.

Job Duties:

Maintaining the flood insurance information that has been entered into mortgage system, payment of flood insurance premiums, setting up and canceling escrow accounts, analyzing escrow accounts, independently resolve issues, tracking flood insurance renewals, Cross-train to support hazard insurance functions.



Knowledge & Skills:

This position requires the ability to work independently, to initiate transactions, to use good judgment and to self manage deadlines. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills as well as knowledge of MS Excel are a must. Prior knowledge of Flood Insurance policies and procedures a plus.

Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and PC skills, with attention to detail. Must work well both independently and within a team environment.Schedule: Hours are M-F, 8:15 to 5:00
