We are looking for a Consumer Lending Processor to join our Consumer Lending Group in Orlando, FL. In this position you?ll be responsible for supporting the Consumer Credit Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing closing documents in Banker Insight and, when applicable, printing out the documents and shipping to a notary agent with a cover letter of instructions. Reviewing files cleared for closing to check that all proper documentation is in the file, names and addresses are spelled correctly and to look for specific closing instructions, as well as, rate errors. Scheduling closing dates with branches and/or applicants and follow-up on all final approved applications that need to be rescheduled. Follow-up on scheduled closings to ensure that they upload in Banker Insight. Ordering value guard insurance through ILS website. Sending requests to Closingops@ILS.com to schedule notary appointments for the all regions. Maintaining information on the Home Equity Loan Closing log in Excel for all closings that have had documents prepared. Maintaining the "Files Shipped" log in Microsoft Word daily and prepare box of closed files to ship to Rosemont weekly. Preparing and sending weekly report to Loan Operations, Consumer Credit Team Leader and Manager, Systems Administration and Quality Assurance regarding all uploaded/booked closings. Checking Consumer Lending department e-mail box. Completing and clearing of preliminary approved queue in Credit Revue so as to order flood determinations. Printing faxes from Right Fax. Creation of physical file and updating of all screens in Credit Revue. Printing and mailing out Early Disclosures (and flood notices when applicable). Reviewing incoming conditions required for clearing an application for final approval in preparation for the final underwriter review. Pull files in process on a weekly basis to follow-up on pending conditions. Notifing applicants of credit decisions and of pending conditions. Verifying vendor bills as necessary. Maintaining Loan/Line log in Excel. Following up on underwriters? appraisal and title orders through the ILS Website. Ordering desk reviews from ILS for appraisals sent for broker applications. Entering Indirect Auto/Motorcycle faxed loan applications as necessary. Answering phone calls and respond to all voice messages and e-mails within 2 hours. Entering faxed loan applications as necessary. Faxing requests to Insurance Companies to add BPNA as mortgagee. To join our team, you?ll need Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to new work structures, processes, or cultures to achieve bank goals. Computer literate with knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook. Maintain effective work relationships both internally and externally. Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent in business related field with two to three years experience.
