Corporate Actions Supervisor

Seeking a Corporate Actions Supervisor for an opportunity located in Atlanta, Georgia.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s Degree and a minimum of five years supervisory experience and three years corporate actions experience.  The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mandatory corporate actions including, but not limited to stock splits, stock dividends, spin offs, name changes, redemptions, and proxies.  Additionally this position will be responsible for approving releases, reviewing and resolving aged positions and cash exceptions, and auditing files for final closing as well as the daily management of staff members.  Strong knowledge of the securities industry along with excellent communication skills are required.
