If you possess?

? Advanced knowledge and understanding of credit administration systems for all commercial, business, residential, and consumer lending and asset quality standards.

? Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate complex loan proposals and loan portfolios for risk and then manage those risks effectively.

? Demonstrated successful experience in the development, implementation, and administration of lending and credit administration practices and regulations in a mutual savings & loan and/or banking environment.

? Strong understanding of regulations applicable to lending, loan product offerings, and loan product implementation. 

? Highly effective leadership, management, teambuilding, and coaching skills.

? Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a member of the senior team.

Plan, organize, manage, and direct the overall operations of Credit Administration Division to ensure the Association maintains a high level of asset quality across a wide spectrum of unique loan products.  Identify, develop, and implement highly effective credit administration systems including people, facilities, equipment, and any other methods that best meet the needs of current and future customers in accordance with goals and objectives established in the Association?s strategic plan.  Serve on the Association?s Senior Management Committee and actively participate in the Association?s strategic and financial planning efforts to facilitate accomplishment of the overall mission and vision.
