Our client, a major International Bank in New York City, will be adding a Credit Analyst to their Leveraged Finance Group. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience analyzing F/500 or Middle Market Corporations at a major financial institution. Experience in leveraged lending and formal bank credit training is a definite plus. The bank is offering a starting a salary up to $55K plus bonus; and a chance for growth within the department.

Major Responsibilities:

? Credit grading and credit analysis for leveraged lending

? Periodic credit reviews/monitoring/upgrades ? client and their industry

? Review write-ups

? Monitoring of adherence to regulatory/tax issues and accounting practices

Job Requirements:

? 1 + year experience as a Corporate Credit Analyst at a financial institution

? Some experience in leveraged lending to F500/Middle Market a plus

? Formal bank credit training a plus

? Excellent written or oral communication skills

? MS Word, Excel

? BA/BS, Business, Accounting (or related major) ? MBA a plus
