Credit Business Systems Analyst

This Credit MIS data department is highly dynamic with limitless opportunity for growth. We are looking for a dynamic individual with very strong communication and presentation skills to step into the Business Systems Analyst role. The successful candidate will be an expert in credit reporting with advanced skills in excel and access.  Business Objects would be a preferred skill BUT we are willing to train the right candidate.

 

Responsibilities Include:  Will be the subject matter expert for credit reporting and the Business Objects credit reporting application.  Review and analyze credit information.  Prepare credit reports for management.  Responsible for providing answers/ solutions to user inquiries regarding the bank's credit MIS data mart.  Responsibilities include but not limited to: telephone support, call management and tracking, problem identification and resolution, problem management, incident resolution documentation, user relations enhancement and special projects.  Assist with testing, certification, and user training of the Business Objects credit reporting system.  Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, and presentation package.  Develops a working knowledge of the customer's credit business needs to better provide support in the business environment.

 

Requirements Include:  Credit and/or Banking experience and help desk experience.  Understanding of interfacing applications.  Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.  Demonstrated ability to follow problem through to resolution.  Ability to perform in a team environment.  Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment.  Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical users.

 

Preferred Skills Include:  We are willing to train Business Objects for the right candidate. Understanding of Windows operating systems, Lotus Notes, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint, Relational databases.
