Credit/Collections with unlimited earnings potential

Growing dynamic Hartford area company is seeking an efficient person with a desire to succeed. Responsible for collection and maintenance of a portfolio of accounts. Job responsibilities will be to actively approach dispute resolutions and delinquency management using skip tracing practices. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to telephone contact, delinquency correspondence, payment research and effectively communicating with customers to secure payment while maintaining customer satisfaction. Prepare account reconciliation information for customers and generate delinquency correspondence as needed. Essential knowledge and skills experience is required. 1-3 years experience in all phases of credit and collections including collection calls, dispute resolution and credit approval in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Experience in skip tracing is a must. Strong oral and written communications skills. Must be driven to achieve results. Pay is base plus commission with a target of $32,000 and up annually.
