Need Credit Examiners for Bellevue Loan Center

 

*Looking to fill two positions depending on qualifications and experience-Assistant Credit Examiner & Senior Credit Examiner*

*Must meet education and job skill requirements*

 

POSITION PURPOSE

Assist in the independent review of the company's loan portfolio; assessing credit risk, adherence to bank policy, potential weaknesses with individual extensions of credit, and the accuracy of individual risk ratings assigned to credits.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equal related work experience.

2. Possess a minimum of 3 to 10 years prior Commercial and/or Real Estate Lending and/or Credit Analyst experience.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

1. Good analytic, oral and written communication skills.

2. Knowledgeable in both sound lending practices and the bank's lending guidelines.

3. Knowledgable of relevant laws and regulations governing lending activities at financial institutions.

4. Good financial analysis skills.

5. Strong knowledge of loan documentation and collateral perfection.

6. Proficient in Word, Excel and Microsoft Windows.

7. Requires overnight travel at various branch locations.
