Union Bank of California has an excellent career opportunity for a seasoned COMMERCIAL LENDER/CREDIT EXECUTIVE for our Commercial Credit Center in Irvine. 

 

You would:

 Handle a complex and diverse commercial portfolio to include underwriting, structuring, and financial analysis of commercial and small business lending All credit analysis and support, underwriting, and structuring transactions jointly with Relationship ManagerPerform financial analysis and risk assessment for extension of credit Evaluate and prepare loan presentations Provide assistance in the initiation of completion of loan documentation and monitor risk exposure Initiate loan documentation and prepare loan agreements May coach and train lower level officers

 

You must have:

 5-7 years of work experience as a commercial lender/underwriter.  Well developed written and verbal communication skills.  Well developed PC skills.

 

 

We are looking for general banking commercial lenders (not mortgage) with experience in asset-based commercial lending.
