Credit Risk Manager II - 23999 - PB

The Position

 

Working under the direction of one or more senior credit officers, the incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of credit quality of assigned portfolios.  They will independently approve some of the bank?s smaller loans, monitor lending activity for compliance with bank policy, and participate and manage various loan review activities.  They will assist the senior credit officer in the evaluation of larger, more complex credits.

 

 The Candidate

 

The idea candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of credit and/or lending experience in with a large-scale financial institution.  They will have successfully completed a formal lending/credit training program, and be familiar with a variety of lending disciplines including asset based lending, commercial real estate, dealer floor plan, healthcare, and middle market lending.  The individual should be a self-starter, and display the self-confidence to interact with senior management across the organization.

 

 

Other Beneficial Qualifications:

 

?  A bachelors degree or other equivalent job experience;

?  Strong written and verbal communication skills;

?  Workout, collateral management, and deal structuring experience;

?  Experience with an advanced risk rating system.
