Credit Support Administrator I

Receives new loan and renewal requests from the branches or other sources such as leasing companies. Ensures that packages are complete. Enters data into inventory control system. Initiates credit checks for new and renewal accounts. Sends form letters to branches or other sources on declined loans including all disclosure statement requirements. Responds to inquiries from branches or other sources regarding loan status. Sets up new credit files. Researches client information for deposits, services and other loan activity for reporting purposes. Pulls maturing credits 90, 45 and 15 days prior to maturity.


Minimum 1 to 2 years banking experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Explorer) required.
Basic knowledge of banking laws, regulations, bank policies, practices and Bank Accounting systems desired.
Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with all levels of branch and department personnel.
Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks required.
Ability to type 40 to 50 words per minute required.
Strong organizational skills required.
