Currency Processor NIGHTS

Hours of Work: 5:50 p.m. to 4:50 a.m. or
6:20 p.m. to 5:20 a.m.

Brief Description of Job: Accurately count, condition and process currency on the BPS 3000 machine. Must maintain a high level of accuracy and follow specific controls and procedures. Performs Independent Destroy All and Cancellation of unfit currency. Responsible for strict controls of valuables as prescribed by Custody Controls and TCOM. Will use a computer to key in statistical data as well as for balancing team?s holdings on a daily basis. 1. Ability to follow controls and procedures.
2. Good mathematical skills to perform daily balancing procedures.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Use a computer by entering statistical information in the AS/400 terminal.
5. Good manual dexterity and 10-key adding machine skills.
6. Possess excellent organizational skills.

Job Requirements:

1. Some heaving lifting and pulling heavy buses to and from vaults.
2. Ability to learn quickly and effectively.
3. Standing for prolonged periods of times.
4. Good hand-eyed coordination.

Education: High School diploma required, some college preferred.
Other Requirements: Must be willing to work different shift schedules.
