Customer Information Specialist

Job Description: DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify and analyze information including legal ownership titling, TIN and withholding certification, address format, account coding/restraint information, required approvals and/or legal documents such as affidavits/indemnification forms; Identify account set up discrepancies, correct if possible, or prepare card for return to the branch; Perform on-line CIS and other related account maintenance within established guidelines per branch and customer request; Verify account authorization and enter change of address requests, received from customers as well as the retail areas of the Bank, in accordance with US Postal and departmental procedures; Receive and review CIS Application Reports, mark for update and process one line maintenance; Assists branches and other department personnel with questions concerning CIS related issues; Processes daily work in accordance with established production standards; Complete individual daily/weekly production log; Remain current on company and departmental policies and procedures, and carry out other duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma; Minimum six months banking or verification/data entry experience; Detail oriented; Good written and oral communication skills; Must be flexible with work assignments and possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and accurate typing of 40 words per minute.
