Customer Service Call Center Representative

Placement Pros, the commercial division of Vedior North America (3rd largest staffing organization in the world) has immediate openings for 25 customer service in an inbound call center.

 

This is an inbound call center position and calls will center around mortgage inquiries. The hours are 11-8 pm Monday through Friday . Training will be held for a 3 week period commencing on 8/7/06 and the hours will be 8-5 pm. It is imperative that no time is missed during this training period. The training will consist of the basics of mortgage information along with customer service information. A test will be given after each segment. Interviews will be conducted and phone or in person interviews will be determined. The must haves are sound customer service skills, computer knowledge and the ability to talk and type at the same time. The call center receives 4-5,000 calls per day. If a rep is not able to answer a question, there will be leads walking the floor to assist but after the training, reps should not have trouble fielding calls. Calls will be recorded and will play them back for training purposes. The best personality type will be someone who is very friendly, has a strong customer service background and has a strong work ethic.

Customers have questions and problems relating to requirements, systems, products, services and activities of a specific nature such as deposits or payroll. Responsible for the mature application of problem solving techniques and moderately complex issues and situations. Requires: High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years telephone customer service experience; must have basic Word and Excel computer knowledge; fast and accurate 10 key and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively; excellent organization and problem solving skills.
