About the Company This is a fast growing credit union that is well established with over $500 million in assets. Work hours consist of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. No evening or weekend work, no phone sales, no quotas to fill. Very busy, friendly, professional enviornment. Great benefits package. About the Opportunity We are looking for dynamic people to work in our Jacksonville location. Everyone here wears many hats and gets exposed to a variety of challenges. Help this credit union be a leader in Financial Services by acting as the Customer Service Representative - who serves customers; explains financial services; opens customer accounts; completes transactions; documents actions; maintains customer confidence; avoids legal challenges.

Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.

Ensures that the customer receives a superior product or service. Listens attentively and responds effectively to customer complaints.

Exhibits meticulous attention to detail. Is committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.

Can be trusted to maintain confidentiality and advocate company values.

Conscientiously and methodically approaches work. Sees tasks through to completion.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Must have the ability to work on a computer, balance cash drawer.

Ability to cross sell services to customers.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
