Customer Service Representative-Call Center

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Cross sell banking products including Demand Deposits and Time Deposits

* Refer lending leads to the appropriate division

* Meet Sales goals

* Provides superior customer service to both existing customers and non-customers via telephone

* Works with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have:

* Minimum of 6 months experience in a sales environment

* Minimum of 6 months experience in a banking or call center

* Able to cross-sell bank and lending products and services in support of department sales goals.

* Knowledgeable in bank products and services required.

* Able to process transactions accurately and efficiently.

* Projects a professional image.

* Ability to communicate in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
