Customer Service/ Support Counselor

Money Management International, the country?s largest credit counseling and debt management service provider, is seeking  highly motivated Support Counselors for our Houston TX call center. This position will be responsible for establishing relationships with clients on the phone and be able to resolve client and creditor problems and requests effectively and efficiently. Must possess outstanding communication skills and be able to multi-task. Must be proficient with MS Office and have strong typing skills. Candidates should be detail oriented and a creative problem solver who thinks towards the overall missions and goals of the Company. High School degree and customer service experience required. Bachelors Degree and previous banking or call center experience preferred.
