MSI, Merchant Services Inc., a merchant processing company in New Providence, NJ seeks a bright, enthusiastic, organized, articulate individual for a Customer Support position.  MSI is a fast paced, multi tasked, dynamic company with a friendly team atmosphere.  In the role as Customer Support responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

Essential Functions:

 

Data input of merchant applications

Data input of account closures and changes

Working with ACH transfers, holds and releases

Assist merchants with statement inquiries

Provide customer assistance as needed

Research merchant issues and assist with resolution

Follow-up calls to customers

 

Qualifications:

 

Previous Customer Service/Support experience

Proven ability to handle various types of customer issues

Banking Experience Preferred

Excellent phone and communication skills

PC literate and Data Entry skills a must

Familiar with basic accounting and ACH

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Proven ability to meet deadlines and balance priorities

Flexible, adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills

Bankcard experience a huge plus

Bi-lingual a plus
