We are currently seeking a Customer Trainer based out of Chicago, IL.  The Customer Trainer will represent and support De La Rue by providing superior user training to our customers via on-site facilitation and telephone support.   Overnight travel required up to 75%.

This highly visible position requires the utmost in professionalism and relationship building skills, along with the demonstrated ability to perform the following:Develop and deliver technical, system, and product knowledge for both internal and external customers for successful product implementation.Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all products and systems sold and how they integrate with financial institutions? currency management policies and procedures.Develop an maintain user training manuals. Provide Customer documentation, follow-up and ensure 100% satisfaction in pre- and post-sales.

Qualified Candidates will possess:4 year degree preferably in business or equivalent experience 3 or more years in a training role and 2-3 years customer service experience. Previous branch banking experience, preferably as a teller, teller supervisor or manager High energy level and motivation to make things happen with a ?Can-do? attitude. Excellent and demonstrable presentation and facilitation skills. Outstanding verbal/written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Ability to perform under limited supervision. Attention to detail.
