DMV Consultant

Mission Federal Credit Union has an excellent opportunity for a qualified individual to fill a DMV Consultant position in our Resolution Department.

The chosen candidate will review, analyze, maintain, update and correct paperless title reports; review and verify DMV paperwork sent by branches for processing; file new titles for autos, boats, mobile homes, and RV loans; follow up by phone with branches, members, dealerships and financial institutions regarding vehicle titles; process title releases when loans are satisfied and travel to DMV field office to complete the registration and perfection of liens.

The qualified candidate must have a minimum of one-year experience handling a variety of DMV transactions, preferably at a financial institution or auto dealership. Knowledge of all forms and fees currently used by the DMV. Experience with the paperless title system is preferred. Familiarity with a PC to include MS Word, Excel, Internet, and Symitar are required.
