Data Analyst for Downtown Investment Services Company-Direct Hire

Kelly Financial Resources (KFR) is seeking a data analyst with solid experience and a strong track record. This results focused, flexible and self-motivated individual must be able to act as a subject matter expert for the staff and both internal and external clients. The ideal candidate must also be willing and have the ability to work over 40 hours per week. This direct hire opportunity is located in downtown Denver.

Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
-Bachelor degree, preferably in business related area
-Strong understanding of securities operations, mutual funds, portfolio data and securities information
-minimum of three years working in either financial services or mutual fund ops

Preferred Qualifications or Education:
-Strong focus on data quality
-Strong time management skills
-Thorough knowledge of departmental procedures
-High energy level
-Ability to multi-task in a team environment
-Fluent in PC-related skills (Word, Excel, Access)
-Self-motivated individual requiring little oversight
-Solid statistical and mathematical background
-Knowledge of financial services and mutual funds

Primary Responsibilities of the Position:
-Perform and coordinate efforts in regards to control and production of holdings data
-Analyze portfolio data to ensure files received from vendors is completely accurate
-Ensure timely and efficient processing of all holdings info
-Update and maintain management reporting
-Have the ability to identify and resolve product issues
-Follow established controls and operational procedures
-Perform other assignments as they arise in this highly critical role
