Job Duties: Responsible for keying merchant account maintenance requests into appropriate database systems and ensuring procedures and policies for each portfolio are adhered to. Authorize and provide quality control of other associates work and provide feedback to associates and manager. Scanning and Indexing Documents to FileNET system as required. 



Candidate Requirements:  High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year data entry experience. Minimum 1 year experience in banking/financial services industry with new account business set-ups, checking account changes and knowledge of banking regulations highly preferred. PC skills required, windows preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality level of work.
