PNC Bank is expanding in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Territory and has immediate openings for DeNovo Bank Branch Managers and Assistant Managers.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:
Winning in all markets against every competitor. Focus on growing faster than anyone else through a differentiated customer experience. Build an exceptional employee experience.
Leads and directs all sales and service activities and business development activities to achieve desired results in balance and customer relationship growth, retention, revenue, market share and customer/employee commitment and satisfaction. Continuously works to lead, coach and performance manage the branch team, as well as ensure the successful development and performance of all employees in the areas of customer experience, service excellence, customer-relationship management, leadership and drive for results. The Branch Manager is accountable for the acquisition, retention and growth of our front-line workforce.
Drive Customer Satisfaction & Retention
?Accountable for overall satisfaction and retention of customer base
?Transforms the branch to ensure delivery of our customer promise in every transaction
?Actively coaches and leads branch team on non-negotiable sales and service behaviors and utilization of tools to cause a consistent and valued customer experience.
?Responsible to maintain staffing levels sufficient to serve customers appropriately while adhering to the staffing model in the branch
?Ensures compliance to Branch Appearance standards
Lead Employee Development & Satisfaction
?Accountable for overall satisfaction and retention of employees
?Accountable for using tools such as the Commitment & Alignment conversation process to set clear expectations for employees and then coach for improvement of skills, performance and results.
?Provides consistent on-going coaching of all key performance metrics
?Trains employees in utilizing the latest technology and performance tools to deliver an exceptional customer experience
?Leads career development conversations with employees on a regular basis
Drive Business / Community Development:
?Generates business development opportunities in the branch market trade area
?Accountable for growth in Business Banking customers consistent with market opportunity
?Works in partnership with Business Bankers and LFSCs to gather and use resources to achieve growth for the branch
?Accountable for demonstrating PNC's commitment to the communities we serve by active involvement in local community organizations and outreach into those communities
?Work in partnership with Community Development Banking to identify opportunities to serve low/moderate income communities and customers

The successful candidate will need a minimum of 2 years leadership and management in a Financial Services/Sales industry. They will need a thorough knowledge of local centers of influence and established relationships in the community. They must also be a proven sales leader who achieves sales goals.
College degree preferred, but not required.
