DeNovo Branch Manager

Directly leads and manages the service and selling activities of the branch. Provides service and sales leadership and coaching for the branch. Ensures cross-selling to targeted customer segments and proactive retention and commitment efforts. Accountable for developing employees in the PNC Conversation, profiling, Genesis contacts and the PACE process. Accountable for the Customer Experience in the branch and coaching employees to greater results in causing an experience that is differentiated, memorable and valuable every time. Additionally, responsible for operational issues in the branch, such as branch audits, facility issues, and expense management. Ability to clearly and decisively lead the branch by exhibiting the RCB's leadership competencies. Exhibit ability to lead, coach and performance manage all employees in the areas of customer experience, profiling, selling and retention. Provide coaching and continuous feedback to branch staff on skills, performance and results. Accountable for utilizing tools such as the Commitment & Alignment process to set clear expectations for employees and then coach for improvement in skills, performance and results. Provide consistent, on-going coaching of all key performance metrics, such as key sales categories of the Performance Standards by utilizing the Sales Performance Management Database, and identify opportunities for development/improvement and take action as appropriate. Utilize and train employees in the latest technology applications so as to deliver an exceptional customer experience in the most effective manner possible. Conduct necessary training and coaching to achieve 100% utilization. Strong knowledge of Genesis technology and Staff Smart tools.

 

 

College degree preferred, but not required. 4 years leadership/management experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Sales and/or service leadership experience.
