Ohio Savings Bank, a nationally renowned leader in the Mortgage Banking industry, is seeking a senior level Default Servicing Manager to:

 

? Take accountability for driving  delinquencies, investments in REO, and losses to their lowest level possible within the 1 to 4 family Bank-Owned and Serviced for Others residential mortgage loan portfolio

 

? Lead/coach teams in the effort to attain goals and develop employees

 

? Develop and implement collection, foreclosure, loss mitigation, real estate acquisition, and claims procedures for mortgage and HELOC servicing, ensuring that they are carried out according to established policies

 Identify areas needing improvement and implement changes and operational improvements to enable department to maximize efficiency, quality, and customer service

 Take an instrumental role in identifying technology needs, including updating and testing of new technology and software

 

To qualify for this opportunity you must have:A minimum of eight years in mortgage default and/or mortgage servicing experience, with a minimum of five (5) years in default servicing, three of which are in a managerial capacityBachelor's degree with a concentration in business administration, accounting/finance or related field
