Deposit Maintenence Specialist

The account representative will be responsible for deposit services and cash management services to the top deposits clients in the private banking department.? The person will be the liaison between the client and the appropriate deposit area.? This includes treasury management, merchant processing, CD and deposit maintenance and portfolio management.

TREASURY MANAGEMENT:
The account representative will work closely with the customer and treasury management department? and representatives. This position will review monthly analysis reports for the department, analyze the reports and communicate to the account? officer any changes or trends.? They will be required to calculate balances necessary for current and future needs.

CD AND EURO DEPOSIT:
The account representative will be responsible for the weekly CD maintenance for the larger depository clients.? This will include working with the portfolio and deposit maintenance departments on EURO and CD interest calculations and adjustments.

The account representative will be responsible for pulling each officer's daily deposit change reports and working directly with the relationship managers.
The account representative will also be responsible for special projects.

Required Skills:
Education and Related Experience
? College degree or equivalent work experience.
? 3+ years in banking in an administrative/lending environment with a high level of customer service involvement.

Skills and Abilities
? Good understanding of demand and time depository account products, features, and benefits.
? Understanding of bank operations and procedures regarding the administration of depository accounts and loan systems.
? Thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheet software.
? Excellent organizational/project management/time management skills.
? Independent and self motivated.
? Detail oriented.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Good interpersonal techniques.

Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements
? Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
? Ability to operate a keyboard if required performing the essential job functions.
? Ability to read and interpret a document.
? Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 20 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.? If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department an "undue hardship" then the employee must be accommodated; hence, omitting lifting as a physical requirement.
