Deposit Services Representative

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Strong business etiquette including verbal/written skills required

Must be able to multi-task in a team environment with particular attention to detail

Must be able to produce quality work with few errors

Requires good communication and problem solving skills

Must be flexible in order to meet business needs

Good decision making skills using set guidelines

Windows 95/Office 95 experience required

Typing 30-40 WPM and 10-key by touch

 

Key Duties:

Assist customers with questions or issues on the phone or with correspondence

Acknowledge and service the customer by name and in a pleasant manner

Handle transaction requests and answer customer?s questions

Sales of products and services to both new and existing customers

Work closely with other staff members to complete daily departmental responsibilities, including processing exception items and research projects. 

Must assist customers efficiently and accurately

Offer help and input to coworkers

Set proper example for others to follow

Seek additional work or accept additional projects readily

 

Physical requirement of Job:

Ability to sit for extended periods of time (4-5 hours daily)

Hand and finger dexterity required for typing and ten-key

May require lifting of boxes weighing 10-25 lbs
