Top Tier Investment Bank in Midtown Manhattan require a Development Manager to drive forward the growth plans within Fixed Income Rates technology. This is a high profile, Global Front Office position that requires a high calibre candidate with excellent technical and business skills.

My client's requirements for this outstanding opportunity are as follows:

A minimum of 5 years commercial development experience in Finance/Investment Banking (C++ or Java)
Commercial e-trading experience (ideally MarketView)
Experience building large scale-real time systems/frameworks/low latency systems
Experience of the US treasury market (ESPEED, Brokertec, eBOT, CME) and messaging technology (ideally TibCo/Rendezvous)

My client has no particular preference between candidates that are hands on or hands off.
