Director, Product Distribution & Alliance Development


Your strong leadership abilities are needed to plan, direct and manage the creation, development and implementation of alliance partnerships. This includes business to business opportunties of new and revised product and pricing initiatives, from concept through detailed design stages. You will also devise strategy in bringing the product to market via development of business plans and operating budgets, and evaluate/continuously improve the product implementation process.  You will be working in conjunction with the Product Line Vice Presidents to create key project initiatives and provide recommendations to successfully bring the product initiative to market.



 

Qualifications include 7-10 years of business management experience.Experience in the health insurance or banking industry a plus; specific experience in project management; successful track record of developing and executing strategic business plans, alliance development, and administering operating budgets; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent knowledge; and thorough understanding of product development processes, and factors that influence health insurance profitability.
