We are working with a small financial services company in Columbus with a very professional environment and beautiful offices. The company has a solid benefits package and competitive compensation. It is a cooperative environment that values input.

The company has created a new position as Director of the Financial Advisory practice. This new person will manage and motivate a team of advisors, plan strategies for increasing business as well as perform own sales-generating activities. The mix is about 50/50 between planning/management to sales activity.

REQUIREMENTS:
> 4-year degree in finance, accounting or other business-related field is required
> 7+ years experience in a financial services environment
> Proven ability to grow own sales
> Proven ability to manage and motivate
> Certifications: Series 7, 24, Ohio Life & Health
> CFA or CFP designation is highly desirable.
