Dispute Relationship Manager

Position Summary:

 

 

 

?  Resolve Customer billing disputes and research requests quickly and efficiently to ensure one contact resolution.

?  Review department reports to proactively identify any trends or errors that may impact our Customers.  Required to communicate to our Customers to inform them of any adjustments that are made to their accounts.

?  Take inbound dispute calls from our internal and external Customer

?  Maintain daily and monthly performance standards, including those pertaining to production, availability, and quality.

 

Essential Functions:

 

 

?  Assist the Customer with billing inquiries by communicating with external banks, processing chargebacks, contacting merchants and reviewing general ledger accounts.

?  Investigate and resolve payment, balance transfer, and other transaction issues by reviewing reports, contacting external banks and customers, and verifying transmissions with vendors. 

?  Extremely customer focused, positive, professional attitude.

?  Strong PC and Internet skills.

 

Education, Experience, And Skills Required:

 

 

? Candidate must have working knowledge of Regulation Z and/or Regulation E guidelines.

? Basic knowledge of chargebacks and/or payment research required, however, prior experience working and resolving billing disputes is a plus.
