Job Description:
The Document Specialist is responsible for the accurate review of loan systems and loan information for the purpose of drawing documents and delivery to the settlement agent within company standards for both Escrow and Goodfund states.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to consistently draw between 8-10 closing packages per day.
Audit files for accuracy and perform final calculations for final data input and distribution to the settlement agent.
Coordinate closings with Brokers, escrow and title professionals, and internal staff.

Qualifications:
Preferred 1-3 years of doc drawing experience in the residential lending industry
Excellent understanding of escrow instructions, title reports and endorsements
Strong telephone skills
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Ability to meet deadlines
Proficient PC skills
Ability to work overtime when needed and maintain regular and punctual attendance
A high school diploma or equivalent
