Job Description
As an Electronic Banking Support Analyst, this individual supports project management and stability efforts within the Electronic Banking Department.  They also represent the department in various small-scale projects, perform systems testing, and reports on project status.  Additionally, the Electronic Banking Support Analyst performs trend analysis to determine areas for stability improvement.


Primary Responsibilities

Manages routine or small scale projects such as ATM installations, branch openings/closings, acquisition conversions, and equipment deployment
Prepares project plans and participates in routine project meetings to ensure projects are kept on track
Prepares documentation and performs training with support employees to ensure projects and systems are effectively implemented
Performs analysis to determine trends associated with vendor performance and system stability; prepares management reports as needed
Monitors ATMs and works with branches to increase ATM uptime
Works with vendors and internal business units to troubleshoot and correct high-level ATM issues
Supports the Electronic Banking staff with production level issues and assists with the completion of production-level work as necessary
Maintains a working relationship with vendors, internal business unit contacts, and various levels of management to ensure project stability, growth, and adequate support


Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred
One to two years project management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of one to two years banking/financial background is required, preferably within card operations
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Micro Soft Office with experience in working with database applications and AS/400 systems
Strong Analytical ability
High regard for customer service and client relations
