We currently have an opening at our downtown San Diego service center for a Systems Support Analyst in our Electronic Banking Department.?? The ideal candidate provides system and operational support to Electronic Banking Operations and Customer Service Units by ensuring all testing and system issues are identified, documented, resolved and set-up within appropriate timeframes.? Functions as the technical consultant for both customers and bank personnel in support for all ACH-related, EDI, Instatax and Commercial Cash products.

Requires high school diploma and two to three years Electronic Banking Operation, Customer Service and technical experience.? General Ledger balancing experience.? Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.? Experience in system testing processes, well-developed reasoning and strong analytical skills.? Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects. Must have AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certificate or be able to pass accreditation within the first year of employment. Must be a team player, able to work independently.? Must possess good initiative and follow through? good organizational skills? able to handle problems under pressure.? Salary grade contingent on experience level.? Must be able to travel.? Experience working with PEP+, Checkfree, and ACH knowledge strongly preferred.
