Escrow/Financial Analyst

This position is a Temp to Hire opportunity working for one of the Twin Cities best managers at one of the best financial institutions worldwide. Typically after 90 days, the company would bring you aboard full-time. The pay rate for this position is $16.00/hour (non-negotiable) with good potential for a raise when the 90 days is complete and performance standards are met.

Responsibilities:
Manages cash and asset transactions for Corporate Trust Escrow accounts. Reviews and interprets underlying Escrow Agreements ensuring requirements are met prior to releasing funds to various parties. Monitors and reviews uninvested and overdraft balances and resolves discrepancies as they occur. Performs cash flow calculations and investment and collateral analyses. Coordinates information reporting to the internal Treasury Department relating to the level of uninvested cash and sweep balances held in escrow accounts. Interfaces with internal tax area or other outside parties to calculate and distribute the necessary tax reporting and/or payments.
