Events Coordinator

An International Bank located in New York City is currently seeking an Events Coordinator.  Individual will be responsible for coordinating events such as internal meetings, bnak meetings, employee gatherings and teambuilding outings (i.e. team dinners, baseball games, JP Morgan Corporate Challenge).  Manage stationery ordering process.  Assist Managers on large events.  Administrative duties such as maintaining inventory, processing invoices, creating event budgets and customer service inquiries.  Experience in the financial services industry a plus.  Knowledge of NYC restaurants and venues.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Must have two years in event marketing.
