Experienced inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative needed for large financial institution. This person would be responsible for solving client bank customer issues arising from their enrollment and/or use of consumer electronic banking, bill payment and presentment, MS Money and Quicken personal financial management software. This support representative will answer Internet banking related questions and solve Internet banking specific issues. Must be computer literate and familiar with Windows. Knowledge of Microsoft Money and Quicken is a plus. Must be able to work one weekend day per week.
