Financial Analyst II - Investor Accounting Analyst

Position Duties:

The primary responsibility of the Investor Accounting Analyst is to accurately analyze the data reported and the funds remitted by the deal level servicers for our Master Servicing portfolio. The position is responsible for ensuring the reports to investors accurately reflect servicer remittances. This includes learning the SBO 2000 system, preparing and loading monthly payment information into SBO and reconciling remittances with servicer reports.

 

Experience Required:

? Bachelor of Science degree in Finance or Accounting.
? Prior management experience a plus.
? Prior servicing experience (3-5 years), investor accounting and other mortgage servicing experience.
? Expert in Excel, Word.
? PowerPoint and Access desirable.
? Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
? Self-starter.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent organizational skills.
