Financial Institution International Marketing Assistant

An International Bank located in New York City is currently seeking an Financial Institution International Marketing Assistant.? Individual will be responsible for assisting in the development of the bank's presence in the primary market and facilitate? the marketing of traditional finance and trade finance products.? Provide support in the opening of account relationships, including researching the proposed client to obtain the required KYC information and preparing the account opening documentation.? Prepare weekly and monthly utilization and profitability reports by country.? Provide support in the preparation of all correspondence, proposals and documentation, monitoring of disbursements and settlements, tracking legal documentation to insure that all required documents are received, properly maintained/filed and kept current.? Schedule and coordinate the team's meetings and business travel plans and prepare related expense reports.? Assist in the preparation of the teams yearly budget process
