The Lead Analyst is responsible for full oversight of the retail bank services bought & sold methodology and related reporting.  Oversight includes liaison with corporate service groups outside of the retail bank to understand the services being charged.  Specific duties include annual plan, short range and long range forecasting, Services driver identification, volume and price tracking, metric identification and ad hoc work related to SB&S allocations.  This position is viewed as the subject matter expert and is responsible for driving methodology education and knowledge throughout the Retail Bank.

Typical elements of this role include:

1. Thorough understanding of the services bought & sold consumed by the retail bank.
2. Subject matter expert on underlying drivers, the volumes, and rates being charged to the bank.
3. Production of services bought & sold reporting, including analysis of actuals vs plans, forecasts, metrics, and other ad hoc analysis.
4. Liaison between the Retail Bank and Corporate Functions for all services bought & sold related issues.

Qualifications

7 + yrs financial analysis experience 
Experience with corporate allocation methodologies
Experience with internal management reporting including plan and forecasts and variance analysis.
Experience in a multiple hierarchial environment.
